What about the I-Phone? Is it just fun and games or can it be used as a serious business tool? I don't know if you have the newest version of the IPhone, but I find it to be an excellent tool. I am able to download the MLS using MarisExpress that we have in St. Louis. It works with Safari which is the browser that the IPhone uses. The images are very clear. As to email and text entry, I am able to touch key without any delay. One of the neat features is that as I am typing, it will show me the...

Lew-Good question! I always try to have furnishings in my listings. That being said, the owners' furnishings are not always the best choice. I am a huge proponent of staging. In today's market, it is not enought to just fluff some pillows and add a scented candle. I have never found a home that could not benefit from an impartial eye. Staging in my area (Boise, Idaho) can range anywhere from $100 o $10,000 or more. Sometimes just a few items need to be removed, brought in or rearra...

I'm truly amozed to hear so much negative feedback about HV.
I am new to them as well, having joined in late July. For August, I received triple the lead numbers for listings and one short of the committment for buyers. I have had three coaching sessions with a great coach. I've participated in their training calls and am beginning t...
